Instructions Add 1 tablet to each 10 gallons of aquarium water. Note: For aquariums 40 gallons or larger, and for soft water and/or acid water with low alkalinity, dissolve tablets before adding to aquarium. To treat high ammonia levels, AmmoniaSafe can be used up to 2 times the recommeded dosage. Before treating for ammonia, a 25% water change is recommended. Maintain strong aeration for 1 hour after use.
