Replace the diaphragms in your Aqua-Lifter pumps regularly to keep it working at its best.
InstructionsRemove the 4 screws on the bottom of the pump. Remove screw A and take out the pump base from the unit. Measure the gauge (the height of the bolt tip from the surface of the magnet arm). Roll back the edge of diaphragm and remove the diaphragm from the pump chamber. Repeat with the other diaphragm/pump chamber. Remove screw B to take out pump chamber units from pump base. Remove the nuts to remove the diaphragms. If the nut does not come loose, unscrew the bolt from the inside of the diaphragm. Install 2 new diaphragms and pump chamber units. Reassemble in the reverse order making sure the gauge remains the same as before.
