The 1" Bulkhead Fitting is made for
pre-drilled tanks. It needs to be placed into a 1 3/4" Diameter hole in the tank
to obtain the proper fit. Also for a proper seal the gasket that comes with the
bulkhead must go between the bulkhead flange and the tank wall.
Instructions:
Remove the nut and gasket from the bulkhead and insert the bulkhead into the
hole from the inside of the empty tank. Next place the gasket on the bulkead and
then reattach the nut and tighten until a snug fit is obtained. Some adjustments
may need to be made when the tank is filled with water.
