Appetite and Color Enhancers
Appetite enhancers and color enhancing fish food are sometimes desirable to the aquarium keeper. Appetite enhancers are not food, but can improve the scent, flavor and even the nutritional value of fish food, and can be invaluable with picky fish.
Use color enhancing fish food if your staple food is not providing adequate results - keep in mind that fish coloration is also affected by improper lighting (not just how it makes them look to you, but how they react to it); and in some fish, by substrate colors or other fish.
