A specially fracted stable porous
clay gravel. This is the first iron enriched gravel substrate designed
exclusively for use with live plants. Your plants will thrive in Flourite. Can
be mixed with other gravel or used alone. For best results half of the substrate
mixture should be of Flourite. Not chemically coated or treated.
Flourite is a unique gravel especially for the planted aquarium. Essential
nutrients are already in the gravel, so no supplements are needed! The beautiful
color also enhances many other types of aquariums. Freshwater only.
