needed mechanical filtration required to remove larger size debris from aquarium
water without clogging and interfering with the filter's operation. Fluval media
consists of chemically inert ceramic, suitable for both fresh and marine
aquariums.

Place Fluval Pre-Filter in the lowest filter module.
