Daily use cartridge for the Fluval G3 Advanced Filter. The Fluval G3 PreFilter cartridge slides effortlessly into the quick-release, top-access media station and will trap suspended debris for effective mechanical filtration in freshwater or marine applications. Designed as a "no by-pass" system, debris remains caught between each pleat until it is removed and rinsed. For extended use it is recommended the cartridge is cleaned at least every 2-3 weeks.
