The Hydro-Sponge III Filter from Lustar is meant for use in aquariums up to 30 gallons. Hydro-Sponge filters are designed for stackability, so you can customize the amount of filtration your getting. Sponge filters are inexpensive, easy to maintain, cheap to replace and provide both mechanical and biological filtration. An excellent choice for fry tanks, quarantine tanks, Hydro sponge filters work well as supplemental prefilters or additional bacterial beds in large tanks, or as main filters for many smaller tanks.
