For fast, dry, easy Magnum maintenance
the Magnum double valve is the way to go. This particular one is a.five-eights"
model that fits the Magnum 330/350. It allows shut-off from both aquariums and
the canister filters.
Instructions:
If system is new, install valves after completing hose installation
instructions. Cut and remove 5" of hose where valves are to be installed.
(Valves occupy approx. 5" of hose length) For ease of installation, release
lock, then twist and uncouple double valve. Attach hose to each end of valve by
slipping end of hose over hose barb until it stops against threads. Turn
compression nuts tight to compress and seal hose on barb. Reconnect valve. Twist
coupling until it stops and slide lock down over coupling.
