These test strips measure the water
quality of both fresh and saltwater aquariums in terms of nitrate, nitrite,
hardness, alkalinity and ph. They are designed to give fast and accurate
results. Just dip the test and read results in seconds.
Range for saltwater:
Nitrate: 0, 20, 40, 80, 160, 200 ppm.
Nitrite: 0, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0 ppm.
Total hardness: not applicable for saltwater.
Total alkalinity: 0, 40, 80, 120, 180, 300 ppm.
Ph level: 7.0, 7.4, 7.8, 8.4, 8.8.
Instructions:
Remove one test strip from bottle and replace cap tightly.Hold strip at the end
with no pads. Dip strip (all the pads) into aquarium water and remove
immediately. Do not shake excess water from strip.Hold strip level to allow
colors to develop. At 30 seconds, compare Ph, alkalinity, hardness and nitrite
pads to color chart. At 60 seconds, compare nitrate pad to color chart.Record
results and dispose of test strip.
