Instructions How to install: Remove the plastic caps from the hose barbs on the dryer. Connect the dryer in-line on the air inlet to your ozonizer.
Operation: When free of moisture the silica beads are a dark blue in color. As the beads remove the moisture from the air they change color from dark blue to a light pink. When all of the beads in the dryer have changed color the beads must be recharged by drying them out.
Recharging the beads: Open the dryer by removing the gray end cap with the O-ring. Pour the silica beads onto a flat heat resistant tray. Place the tray in an oven and heat at 230�F until the silica beads return to their original color of dark blue. Return the beads to the dryer. Replace the gray end cap ensuring that the O-ring is in position.
Note: Do not wash the beads when they are fully dry (dark blue) as this will cause the beads to crack.
