Tanganyika Buffer is a blend of carbonate
salts used to enhance the natural environment for cichlids. This is done by
increasing the hardness, buffer capacity, and the pH. It is formulated to
maintain a pH of 9.2-9.4. Treats up to 6400 gallons of water.
Instructions:
Use Tanganyika Buffer when setting up an aquarium and when making water changes.
Use 1 teaspoon for each 10-20 gallons of water each day until your desired pH is
maintained. Thereafter use as required to maintain pH, no more than once every
2-3 weeks.
